One-day, we got a phone call to give an estimate to do regular facility cleaning services.
Just like every estimate, we ask questions about locations, size, time-frame etc. Since every job is different, our specialist visited the location to go over the services that might be needed. During the estimate, the customer took our specialist to show the location and saw that he was using a flashlight to look under the chairs, tables, top of vents, and everywhere. After everything was done, the customer said “ we are the first cleaning company that came out and looked into every detail” and they would love to work with us.
Here is the tip, if you are starting a cleaning company, make sure to take a flashlight. Details matter for the customers even if it may not be for you.
