WHAT IS COMMERCIAL CLEANING?

As a business owner, you need access to affordable but high-quality services that enhance both employee and client experiences.

These services include:

●  General cleaning and deodorizing

●  Restroom sanitation

●  Garbage removal

●  Dusting and furniture polishing

●  Carpet care

●  Window and upholstery cleaning

For your employees, we have devised the “cleaning for health” approach. Your employees deserve to work in an environment that heightens productivity and prevents harm. In order to provide this, we use special equipment that extracts dust and prevents its release back into the air. We purify the area and eliminate allergens trapped in carpets and hidden pockets of dust where bacteria lives.

Clients should also be welcomed in a space that demonstrates your attention to detail and business values. Therefore, the cleanliness of your office speaks for itself. We work to translate your professional goals into a spotless and inviting office/commercial location.

WHAT IS CONSTRUCTION CLEANING?

Tasks include removing construction debris such as loose boards and scraps from the inside of the structure; sweeping the floors and prepping them for carpet or flooring; washing windows; and dusting. Final interior cleanup is the detailed cleaning after construction wraps up

WHAT IS DISINFECTANT CLEANING SERVICE?

We use EPA approved cleaning and disinfectant products - Mediclean and Mark 11. These products strictly follow CDC, OSHA, and IICRC standards. We use their suggested methods to prepare and apply cleaning and disinfecting products to all surfaces. Our cleaning technicians will wear full PPE gear at all times during this process.

The Two-Pass System for Routine Cleaning and Disinfecting:

SPRAY AND WIPE METHOD

  • FIRST PASS

    • Our cleaning technician will spray and wipe surfaces and touchpoints (such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks) with a detergent cleaner to removes germs and dirt from surfaces. We will then vacuum/mop the floors.

  • SECOND PASS

    • Our cleaning technician will spray cleaning cloth with disinfectant and wipe down surfaces and touchpoints. The solution will remain wet for 10 minutes and will be left to dry. This will kill any remaining germs and viruses on the surface after cleaning, which will also further lower the risk of spreading an infection.

ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYER METHOD

  • FIRST PASS

    • Our cleaning technician will spray and wipe surfaces and touchpoints (such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks) with a detergent cleaner to remove germs and dirt from the surfaces. We will then vacuum/mop the floors.

  • SECOND PASS

    • Our cleaner will use the electrostatic sprayer to apply disinfectant to surfaces and touchpoints. The solution will remain wet for 5-10 minutes and will be left to dry. This will kill germs on the surface after cleaning, and will further lower the risk of spreading infection.

WHAT IS CARPET & UPHOLSTERY SERVICE?

The frequency of overall cleaning may vary depending on the level and type of traffic and the conditions to which your carpet is exposed. It may range from as little as 6 months to 18 months between cleanings.

We are committed to following all procedures recommended by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Our process for carpet and upholstery cleaning is as follows:
1) Pre-vacuum edges , entryways, traffic areas, giving extra attention to traffic areas,
2) Pre-condition and agitate,
3) Perform extraction,
4) Apply post-treatment chemicals,
5) Groom the carpet (this helps the carpet to dry, improves the appearance, and helps to spread and allow penetration of post-treatments).
6) Dry the carpet by turning on ceiling and/or HVAC fans (with customer’s approval).
7) Lastly, we review our work with our customers to ensure satisfaction.
